Today I've eaten at least twice what I would do if I wasn't on this diet. I'm still hungry. I just had 2 baked spuds for dinner, which I'm sure would fill up a normal person if not stuff themsenseless, but no - I'm still hungry. I won't have anything else to eat cos I know I'll just feel ill. I know that I'm meant to eat lots of food in this diet so I'm not hungry and won't snack, but this is getting silly.
